The Member Services Committee is a fluid committee always looking for ways to enhance and enrich the membership experience. Its duties include revision of the benefits package and the investment schedule. In addition, it is responsible for any member-related special events such as the Poor Man’s Dinner and the annual meeting. It also takes the lead in determining annual awards presented to member businesses and individuals who represent the finest business practices and commitment to the chamber program of work.
The Ambassador Committee works with staff and membership to increase member retention through member involvement in our initiatives. Ambassadors will meet with new members and keep in continued contact with new and long-standing members within their designated arena. With the Member Services Committee, they also coordinate the new business receptions and orientation to be held quarterly and any scheduled business roundtables.
Executive Committee members are the officers of the Board of Directors and the chamber attorney. Their primary duties center on the operating structure of the chamber to include budget recommendations, financial oversight, ethics and business practices and personnel matters.
